I'm sitting on my back porch with a sweater on! It's such a beautiful day I hate to go inside so I'm going to do my post early again and enjoy all this for a few more minutes!

Yesterday ended up being nothing like I expected. While making phone calls to check out various things, I found out an antique mall I really like in Jeff City had a booth for $50 a month. I went over to check it out, and voila!--I now have my very own space in an antique mall! I'm excited! My friend may share it with me, though we haven't worked out all the details yet. It's VERY small, only about 6 1/2 ft x 4, but it's in a good location and will certainly be enough to get me started! Yeah!! I won't be able to start 'moving in' for a week or so, but I'm planning the layout in my head and really looking forward to it!

Anyway, that took up most of the afternoon. Oh, I also went and looked at used cars--found a Honda CRV that has really potential if we decide to take something on. We're still not sure about trading in or buying outright--we've gotten along pretty well with only 1 car so far... I guess it would be nice to have 2 again though--or maybe not, with all the expenses involved in car repair!

Today I'm going to try and get one editing project ready to go out the door, and also start getting some of the food done for a tea on Saturday. My friend from Santa Fe comes tomorrow, but not till late in the afternoon--I'll be visiting with her then and Thursday. Will be fun to catch up!

Guess that's about it for me...
