Thought I'd blog early today since I'm a bit behind due to the busy weekend. Although Sunday was a VERY slow day at the sale, Monday we did pertty well and had a steady stream of people. We made over $600 and over half of that was mine--mostly because I sold lots of jewelry!! Yeah! People really seemed to like it, and I even had to made a few extra pieces. Very exciting!! Even with that, we still had a good bit of stuff left, so I think we're going to run it next Saturday too--just for those that were out of town this weekend! Maybe we'll unload some more stuff, and with the rest, I'm going to explore getting a booth at a mall. I feel like I've now show I can make money with the jewelry--I just need to get it out there... And as far as the 'shop' part went, everyone thought having it at the B&B was great, but I'm not sure I can do that on a regular basis. Still, I enjoyed the weekend all in all. i even managed to get some writing and editing done on projects, especially on Sunday when things were quiet.

Last night we had a couple over for a cookout and enjoyed chatting with them. She grew up with the Amish and has some interesting history, and he's studying musical therapy, so it was fun to talk psychology with them. A nice way to end the weekend.

Now it's back to business, with the typical busy week ahead. I may have to go to Columbia today to pick up Jim's computer if it's ready. The on-off switch broke--again--not typical in the Mac world... Anyway, so long for now...
