I have indeed taken the plunge. It was a bit depressing giving up my Honda Accord, the nicest car I've ever owned, the car that carried me to LA and back more than once. Owning an SUV somehow doesn't seem as cool as owning a Honda. Still, it's a nice vehicle and I love the way it drives--very car-like--so I think it'll prove to be a good move. What I don't like is having a car payment, after about 6 years of NOT having one! But, ya gotta do...etc. etc. I just can't wait to buy something big and be able to fit it in the back--Yeah!!!

Otherwise, didn't do a lot of work today, but did manage to get both my walk AND my pages done! Horray! Tomorrow I'm off on my little weekend trip--looking forward to that. I'm staying at a Catholic hotel, which should be interesting. It's right next to a monument for 'Our Lady of Snows.' Can't wait to find out what that's all about...then I have the big antique flea market on Saturday, which should be cool. All in all hopefully a nice weekend--weather is perfect here right now!

Oh, BIG NEWS!! We made HGTV!! They'll be out to film the show here in November. Well, the segment, I should say, but how cool is that--now we're the B&B 'featured on HGTV!!! Really looking forward to that!! Signing off for now...
