Not only work-wise, but friend-wise too. I talked to a couple of old friends today I haven't connected with in a while. That's always nice. Except that one's mother is really ill, which makes me sad for what she's having to deal with. I can't imagine how difficult it must be to lose anyone you love, especially a parent. My heart goes out to her and her mother...

Here, I put in a good day of work. Got all the edits done on A Texas Bounty and shipped it back to Jim for the design. Also worked on the new courseware project--I found out Wadsworth had been sold again--I had no idea! No one ever tells freelancers anything! Oh well, I hardly have any work with them anyway, so I guess it's rather irrelevant these days. I hope at least this big project doesn't fall through. I'm not crazy about the work, but it helps pay the bills!

Tonight we went to a nice After Hours at the Memorial. Good food but the Missouri wine they had really sucks. It's just too darn sweet! Otherwise, was nice to catch up with people. Anyway, that's pretty much it for my day!!
